A non-refundable registration fee of $100 will hold your requested date and will not be applied to the total cost of Half-Week or Week-Long Urban Plunges. The Registration Fee for Weekend Urban Plunges is 10% of the Total Cost. Groups will be scheduled on a first come – first serve basis. No space will be reserved without registration and registration fee.
50% of your groups invoiced balance is due one month in advance to your Urban Plunge date.
The remaining invoiced balance for your group is due on arrival to your Urban Plunge experience.
Changes in Group Numbers
Group size must be confirmed at least one month in advance. After which you are responsible for one-half of the total cost for each absent group member. If more people attend then anticipated you are responsible for paying the total cost for each additional person.
Payments, less the registration fee, are refundable when cancelled one month in advance or more.
After one month in advance to your Urban Plunge experience all payments are forfeited and non-refundable due to cancellation.
Denver Urban Matters and the Urban Education program accept payment by way of:
- Money Order
- Credit Card
Please be aware that DenUM is charged a 2.2% surcharge on any credit card payments. As a non-profit every penny is important to us. To make sure every dollar you send goes straight to DenUM please consider payment by check. Alternatively, consider making a donation equal to or greater then 2.2% of your transaction.
